5 Stars Technician Joe, arrived on time and inspected our air conditioner. Joe, checked out the system, and recommended we have the Fan Motor replaced as it was going in Reverse! Joe also checked the air output throughout the house and made recommendations as to the air filters we should be using and how often to change the filters. All in All GREAT Service! I would definitely recommend Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, on time and had a better deal to offer compared to the other companies that wanted to charge more. His guys came the day after to replace the AC and also sealed a pipe on the roof to prevent future leaks. Jose and Ivan were friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I made an appointment to have a part installed that another company recommended, but decided to have Mr. Cool install the part because it was 3 times less expensive than the other company had quoted. Josh, the owner, came out and took a look at the AC first before installing the part. It turns out that we didn’t even need to have the part installed. Josh was super knowledgeable and transparent. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He could’ve just installed it and not said a word and I wouldn’t have even known we didn’t actually need it. Matt was amazing!!! He was very informative and professional explained, every detail of my Heating system..My system was not working properly, so I called my home warranty and they sent out (Mr. cool ) I was a little concerned based off of some reviews I had read.. However my experience was great they came out on time and even on Thanksgiving day!!! Matt came had my unit up and running correctly in no time!!! He checked every vent to make sure that the heating system would stay on before leaving… Erica very Nice on the phone! Great company professional I would definitely use them again!!!
