We knew we needed both a new heater and A/C, but we had been putting it off. Our heater finally stopped working altogether, and water started dripping from our ceiling when the A/C was on for too long. Mr. Cool had someone out to give us an estimate the same day we called, which was a Friday. We had a brand new heater and A/C fully installed and working before 2 p.m. that following Monday. Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. Their pricing was straightforward and fair, and they were on time and did good, fast work. I would highly recommend Mr. Cool.
