Best experience from an AC company. Joe came within an hour after I called. He was able to get us cold again super fast, and was very transparent about all of our future options. Other companies came and told us the repair would be $8,000 so we should just go get another unit, but Joe came and switched out a part and everything works great.

My AC unit stopped cooling. I called Mr. Cool. My technician showed up 1 hour early, which was good for me—it was 115 degrees! The technician was Joe. This guy is a top-rate professional. He came in and troubleshot the unit and in 30 minutes had my AC unit up and running. None of that fake troubleshooting; he knew his stuff! No upcharging or any of those games a lot of techs play. Mr. Cool is our first choice for A/C (previously, in 2020, they did a minor repair for us). We have had them look at our home's A/C because my office has been a bit too warm, and our AC units are close to 20 years old. I like that they do not try to sell you anything unless you really need it. While they didn't find anything wrong today, when we eventually do upgrade our original AC units, we will have them do it.

The company is one of, if not the best in Las Vegas. A few years ago we called and their response was almost instantaneous. Great response, great service, great price.
